KEY ASPECTS OF OUR TRAINING STRUCTURE

IMMERSION TRAINING

IMMERSION TRAINING

We, at Service à la Française, are committed to respecting your company’s specificity and preserving your exclusivity.

The particularity of the immersion training designed by Service à la Française, regardless of the hosting country, is to use your establishment as a venue for direct immersive training for your staff.

The immersion training is conceived as a tailored service overseen by the “Meilleurs Ouvriers de France” and includes the drafting of fine dining menus, technical specifications of flower arrangements, drafting of a wine menu, conception of a garden around your restaurant amongst others. The training structure allows for the organisation of an exceptional even such as a gastronomic meal or a fashion show.

With 240 possible crafts, the only limitation is your imagination. Service à la Française customises its programs to your company’s requirements.

PRACTICAL TRAINING METHOD WITH A “FIL ROUGE” APPROACH

PRACTICAL TRAINING METHOD WITH A “FIL ROUGE” APPROACH

Outline of the Service à la Française training program:

  • Immersion training at the client’s establishment
  • A “Fil Rouge” project throughout the training session
  • An event for the promotion of the client’s establishment

The recommended duration of immersive training is either one week (5 days), or two weeks (10 days) for a maximum of 15 trainees. During the entirety of the training, the trainees are strictly monitored and guided by the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” trainer.

Our training combines theoretical contributions in classroom, demonstrations performed by the trainer, and practical exercises allowing the trainees to implement their knowledge and increase their professional dexterity. 60% to 90% of the allocated training time is dedicated to practical demos.

All our training sessions are structured around events with a “Fil Rouge” approach throughout the tutelage.

We insist on the “practical – beneficial” aspect of our training sessions done within the client’s establishment. These aspects will be reviewed while adapting the training program to your convenience.

INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATE

During the week, the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” trainer completes an individual Professional Progression Report that testifies the progress of each trainee.
At the end of the session, the trainee receives a certificate of successful participation and signed by the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”.

Immersion Training Content: 5 Ingredients for Success

TRAINING IN CENTRE

Service à la Française factors in the multiplicity of industries and companies across the globe and we have thus formulated a new line of trainings that caters for a maximum number of individuals regardless of their employment.

The training in centre welcomes people from different companies to train together in a controlled environment and receive tutelage from a “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” directly. Similarly, to the immersion training, the training in the centre will involve a knowledge audit, followed by theory and practical sessions and conclude with a small aptitude test.

The classes at the training centre will accommodate 15 people per training session and up to 40 people per Masterclass. The training will be focused towards a more academic setting whilst the Masterclasses will be open to all enthusiasts and beginners.
